really hope the MRT will extend onto Putrajaya/Cyberjaya by 2015, and Cyber/Putra will have their own internal LRT system.
C'mon, revive the Putrajaya monorail faster!
Why U buy Cyberjaya?

(dunno what's the english word for it lol). |

QUOTE(noblebaby @ Mar 13 2013, 12:34 AM) haha, if i can open i open edi QUOTE(Soros007 @ Mar 13 2013, 06:35 AM) Sounds yummy - how big is the portion and what's the indicative price? portion probably as big as carls jr, targeting lunch market. price not sure yet, but maximum will be RM15, not more than that.make it a medium price range restaurant la. Need to have pasta, bakery for cakes, breads, sandwich etc....... bakery i think won't do yet la, have to see market 1st, also need to focus 1st. what is the use of putting everything in the beginning but in the end tak sedap? QUOTE(Soros007 @ Mar 13 2013, 06:36 AM) yeah sounds great too! but i think it'll be expensive to open it.QUOTE(shahwan86 @ Mar 13 2013, 10:41 AM) sure! will do im thinking of a marketing strategy where there's a special timeslot to order the biggest burger and then finishing it within, probably, 5 mins. if the person manage to finish it, they'll eat it for free + discounts for the whole week. |

QUOTE(macho dog @ Mar 14 2013, 12:58 AM) i believe current 1.6k rental is not studio or soho but 2 rooms if 2 person share a unit each person pays 800 only. if sub 500sf unit can occupy 1 person only, so dun think can get 1.6k. to me for starters if can pay the monthly installment to the bank + maintenance fee enuf edi.1.2k is more likely. if unit is nicely furnished and nice environment, maybe max 1.5k? if fully furnish 1.4k also enuf edi. cannot be too optimistic nowadays as so much property in cyber.
