Villamas developer, i would think twice. Check out Atmosfera thread. They've got quite a bad repo after this project. They are having another one call Verde at Ara Damansara, right next to Ara Green.

Almost went for Atmosfera previously, but pulled out to but bullets on some other more compelling project that time.

Can somebody here please share with me why famous taikors are promoting vega residensi? IMHO I dont see the potential. Leasehold, lousy location, not really cheap for the price. Skypark cyberjaya, pangaea, shaftsbury kick vega's ass anytime. Or is there something i am too blind to notice. Please share

This project looks good in all elements except it is office titles for majority units. Tower B ll be all office titles.

Good property doesnt need big discount to sell. Seriously i m totally agree with amint. This verga residensi....emm.....mayb i really donno this part of cyberjaya....

primary reason due to 0 down deal, some could even "make" money when purchasing the property.

If they wanna flip, good luck on that. Other projects like i mentioned above are much better imho. Location is also a lot better. Freehold. If buyers just want pocket money because of serious rebates given, i guess better refinance the current props. The only logical reason to buy verga is to be first home buyers. Unless i dont know something gurus know

Hey guys Im actually working in setia haruman, master developer of cyberjaya. Just last Saturday I got an info from one of my client. He mentioned that...PKNS wanted to sell of VEGA for about rm100mil++ becuz of some political issue. Anyone got any info about this?
