According to sunrise, verdi is their first venture into cyberjaya. Their next product will be mixed dev/soho with commercial elements in SH. As for price structuring it will be similar to Mont Kiara style...

This competition entry was for a development in the nearby city of Cyberjaya was shortlisted and is currently awaiting the decision from the developer. We were requested to design a mixed use tower and shopping complex on a site that was extremely uneven. Our proposed was to create two towers which playfully sat on the site above a two storey retail podium. The SOHO units were reorganised to create openings in the tower blocks to allow for vertical gardens and sky pools that would tower above the vistas created.

QUOTE(jason_tee @ Sep 8 2013, 01:58 AM) Depends on your taste I guess. Concept is different compared between SH and SR. i think the more apparent difference is the maintenance fees. One thing that very obvious between the 2 is the privacy part, SR is less open space compare to SH, so you get to enjoy a bit more privacy I guess... |

Thunderous: The 150 riders of the Harley Owners Group & Ducati Club Malaysia Expedition Ride starting their journey to Symphony Hills Cyberjaya. 3 IT was a spectacular sight as almost 150 Harley Davidson and Ducati bikes roared out of the UEM Sunrise Showcase building along Jalan Kiara, Mon’t Kiara as they embarked on the Harley Owners Group & Ducati Club Malaysia Expedition Ride recently. The historic Harley and Ducati Camaraderie Convoy saw more than 200 riders and pillion riders make the journey from Mon’t Kiara to UEM Sunrise Bhd’s boutique development Symphony Hills in Cyberjaya. The round trip was an estimated 100km, with more than 10 safety marshals to guide the riders. Harley Owners Group (HOG) Malaysia Chapter activity officer Ganeson S. said, “For the first time, Harley and Ducati riders will be riding together. It will certainly be an interesting ride as both clubs have very different styles. “Harley riders are more slow and relaxed, while Ducati riders tend to be fast. Regardless of style, this ride is to enjoy the fellowship and camaraderie between both clubs.” Happy wanderers : The bikers starting their journey to Cyberjaya on their trusty bikes. Meanwhile, Ducati Club Malaysia treasurer Gaddaffi Ghazali said they were keen to learn about their ‘brothers’ from HOGMalaysia. “We seldom are able to ride with other clubs. Having this opportunity to ride with HOGMalaysia will be invaluable,” he said. Organiser and Harley Davidson rider Datuk Leonard Tan said it was heartening to see good response to the ride. The riders were flagged off by UEM Sunrise Bhd managing director/chief executive officer Datuk Wan Abdullah Wan Ibrahim before making the two-hour journey to Cyberjaya. The expedition ride was sponsored by UEM Sunrise Bhd. Ganeson: It marked the first time Harley and Ducati riders rode together. Once there, the riders participated in some games that included physical and mental challenges before being treated to a well-deserved dinner. |
