For the record, the S2340L doesn't shake despite being a slim monitor. OTOH, my U3011 mounted on an Ergotron MX shakes in some situations

the cheapest price i can check frm the internet is rm589....i think it is still not available in penang....
since 237L and 234V have shaky stand.i need to reconsider cause my pc table is shaky also.....lol.....
if it fall down,then $$ fly~~~~~~
i rmb that 237L have 2 hdmi port?
do you try out another port see is the display still blur or not?
or may be ur hdmi cable is a faulty unit....
*
Yeah, maybe not available in Penang yet, because as I know LG distributor only distribute 27 units to whole Malaysia. If your pc is too shaky then i would suggest you to not buy it because IPS237L is very sensitive but im not sure about 234V.. I havent tried with the MHL HDMI port yet and I dont have a spare unit for HDMI.

Finally problem SOLVED !!!!!! rclxms.gif rclxms.gif rclxms.gif rclxms.gif
Turned out, i missed to disable the overscan feature on the monitor itself to off (which I thought I had).

So solution for this is the same as what others has been doing too, scaling the overscan to 0%. And IF your monitor does have the overscan feature please turn in off as well.

Thanks guys (especially for those who assisted me thumbup.gif thumbup.gif thumbup.gif )

i think from HON..you can only verified that there is no input delay but not ghosting issue
after u try out other FPS and racing game, let me know that the ghosting issue exist or not....
thanks..

are you the guy recomending at handphone section rclxms.gif

actually, nowadays nothing is everlasting what is more concern is the warranty given, right?
3 or 5 years of warranty is enough for the peace of mind we get from them beside DELL exchange 1 on 1
if is faulty straight away no question ask. I would said this kind of offer is too hard to resist biggrin.gif

So, are you gonna recommend me the window 8 phones when out? drool.gif

Guys. If mainly for heavy gaming, will i benefit a lot from ips panel monitor(Dell U2312HM) or should i just get dell 23 inches led monitor enough already? I have rm 600 budget. But of course, if can save more better.
tq

Of course get the Dell U2312H brows.gif

I doubt there will be ghosting unless you have extremely sharp eyes xD

Yes. Even when calibrated, they will look slightly different. Stick to one model.

My ol' ultrasharp 2407WFP is showing signs of old age

so I am in the market to find a new IPS type LCD to replace the old PVA one

so my current one is 1920x1200rez coupled with a 42" LCD TV @ 1920x1080rez

Last I heard, nvidia and amd new GC cards is a b**** in power saving, as the different resolution monitor sort of disable the power saving feature
I dun do dual monitor, only for like playing movies and such will I use the LCD TV
but the HDMI cable is always connected.

so is it better to get a new Dell U2312HM @ 1080 or a Dell U2412M @ 1200
have got used to the 1200 rez for ~5 years already

it the 120 lines gonna be missed?
