Called Alliance CS twice to confirm the AF waiver. As per the CS says

"Come 1st August, once your AF is charged, you can call in for waiver. As for the condition to waive, there will be 3 options for you to choose and do to waive it off. It can be as easy as swipe X times within X days or swipe X total amount within X days or do BT."
