Ok..this might be good explanation. Limit is 30k point but they give me 38k from ewallet and deduct another 7k

Hi so recently got the alliance VS/VI cards as part of another product so no AF. Been reading some past posts and seeing about the cap change etc.

Just to confirm understanding correctly to get the most out of online and local spend would be like this right? I have other cards cimb twe/HSBC premier card so I think it's only worth it for the full point/cashback limits on these.

VI: just use 3K Online spend per.month + 3k ewallet spend per month any other spend above or other type won't be as much as 8TBP
VS: 3k per month any spend basically - so like local spend transactions.

Anything after that would be less tbp/cashback correct?


Grab wallet is counted as ewallet top up right? Or limited to TNG

Pay manually just to be safe. Most of the credit cards don’t give points for recurring payment.

Sorry for old bump but I think I in same boat with you. Request card cancellation on 16 may with service request to un tag fd once card cancel. 45 days come and yesterday tried to uplift, fd still tagged. So I really to do follow up with card department and also banking department regard of this.

A gentle reminder if you going to apply credit card with fd pledge, give a buffer time to make sure your fd withdraw. Their CS is good, can live chat and also phone call within minutes, just a really old school process involve to untag and withdraw the fd.

Thats all my story sharing on alliance credit card application by pledge with FD tongue.gif
