How to kick them out bro? Our current clever government keep importing them in like coffee beans from overseas. Many PH already opened in giant taman connaught, IOI mall etc.

Dont be suprised a new race is emerging in malaysia when they marry malaysians. Malaysian women, dont be stupid. They are many good malaysian men. Dont have to date or marry coffee beans.

sometimes things happen like this: a girl went to see agent and signed tenancy agreement later. but after signing, her boyfriend who happens to be a coffee bean moved in with her. i have seen it happened

if this is the case, can't blame the agent also right?

maybe should add a term that no coffee bean allow in the unit. biggrin.gif

We were renovating our unit and we asked ph if we could see his unit. He curtly said 'no'. Most Unfriendly. Worried they stay in and monitor who's in and who's out cos some of us use units as holiday stayovers only.

Malaysia government needs to be more determined and effective when dealing with PH. Listen listen listen, in Singapore, (ehmm) only two places you can find them:
1. five star hotel - those genuine business people
2. Oxchxxd Tower - those ehehm ehhem MH (Mak Hitam) workers "approved" by the government rolleyes.gif
