IMHO, if paired with fans, i think the V2 would perform better

IMO, you need one of hell fast fan.
We all know that copper need high CFM to blow the heat away from full copper heatsinks right?

As copper dissipates heats slower than aluminium.

No doubt that a fast fan could bring better performance on all heatsinks. We all sure know that copper stores more heat than aluminium and dissipates heat slower.
But yet, those are only assumption. Let's wait for what Thermalright will come out with.

hmmm .. the release of this V2 indicates the rise of copper cooler again ??? I really don't understand what it's been designed for ..

can't just Thermalright starts to design blower type of heat sink that able to push the heat out from the case easily ....

i still don't like the idea to keep the hot air inside of the case and only wait for it to be dissipated out from the case through the rear fan ...

that depends on the cooler comes with the card .. .

but most of time 3rd party cooler will work better than stock cooler especially for ATI cards ...
