Best stock cooling now i think maybe HIS which come with aritc cooling or some manufactur that comes with zalman heatsink.

Well, for the best bang of buck, i would suggest you to find forummer - moderno
Go for the Sun copper VGA cooler that offered by him, looks exactly like Zalman VF700 clone, and perform almost the same also, some more with 4 LEDs

Go to backyard find some old big heatsink, then mod them to fit ur graphic card. Go calculate the cost incurred..if any

tat price range onli choice is cool viva, but quite hard to install if not wrong
iceberg too small to cool down 9800
