K5's original rims is already damn pretty..but I saw a K5 with different on the road,,it is also nice haha

I think that is pretty much a one off case of horribly bad luck, where all the mishaps goes into 1 car. Most of us who have collected our cars (including mine), have none of the problems described.

My car works fine too. Will further test it out this weekend. Will be driving to Kuantan.

no offence to the vw owners, u can looked into their thread and see their compain on one major item in the car, the gearbox
even t n h has prolems, just matter of probability percentage and rectification approach

many ppl have this perceptive of kroean cars are bad and so, and never consider at all for their purchase...i think it is a loss to that person, not having another option in their consideration, blindly discriminating a whole country car products.

Thinking of trade-in my vios for the k5.
But mine is with skirting, koni absorber with lowered spring, and 16" rim.
Do I need to change everything back to stock?

U can't judge a brand or model based on 1 lemon car la. What about the other few hundred owners who are driving the K5 without much issues since Day 1? Can u find me a single car model out there which did not have a problem? Even the most expensive cars will have some problems. Did you hear about the 10 units of the brand new Ferrari 458 Italia which caught fire at various locations wordwide in 2010 and resulted in a total recall? Hows that problem compared to 1 lemon K5? Does this mean that Ferrari's are crap cars too?

I agree with cyber master . Every manufacturer will have some problems ...in fact last friday there was a brand new passat (rims all covered..without number plate ) that broke down at the tunnel leading to klcc...

Haha, no offence. I am iPhone user also and love my iPhone 5 even a lot ppl say not worth buying. Same goes to my K5, I am loving it so far!

Even lamboghini also got problem. Check in youtube and Google news one owner in china smash the new lambo cause cannot stand the defects.

Just curious, when I use the remote control to lock and unlock the door, it supposely not having the "beep" sound or is just my K5 got problem not having the "beep" sound ?

FlyWheel, memang no beep sound one, if you wan then you need to add a buzzer
