I have seen that video before, it is crazy sweat.gif

After a long building marathon, I present to you all 4 of my modular buildings lined in a row. The FB and PS was MISB before this, the GG and GE was dissembled.

Another arrangement of the modular building where the GE is at the corner.

My original plan was to have the Town Hall as well, but it has yet to arrive doh.gif Only this week I can bring it down to the dining table to display and take photo. After this all shall go into storage, fully built.

Is it me or does it seem the modulars are getting shorter by each subsequent released models haha. From GG->FB->GE->PS

Added on August 24, 2012, 9:42 pmBy the way, which in your opinion is the best among these 4? In terms of building(technique and surprise element), value (no. of bricks/parts, including interior furnishings which can't be seen outside) and playability(like pet shop can split into two standalone buildings which I think it's cool)? Hope you don't mind sharing your thoughts wink.gif

Which one you want the high res of? The original file very big because it was shot with my DLSR.

You have not seen the Town Hall yet. brows.gif It is much taller and have a much higher piece count than the Fire Brigade. So far the best among the 4 is still the Green Grocer followed by the Fire Brigade. Both are HUGE and have detailed front façade.

@ touya zell, see the attached picture.

My cousin went to the TRU sale in Singapore, he said some of the sets only 55% discount, the rest the discount not that big especially for the city sets. He did went late since he want to avoid the mad rush like in the video. sweat.gif Got himself 1 Duplo set for his child.

Hi,

I called them and asked about the stock, only left the Robie and the Gate. Checked thru ebay and eBay is selling way cheaper than them.

These would be good for collecting the printed alphabets tiles and the Lego logo if you intend to make the mini Lego store rclxms.gif

Ohh, that looks so nice! The biggest problem I have with the modular buildings set is the amount of space you need to display them. I only have the hotel and the small blue marketplace (I think they were the two oldest ones) and I love them, but just two of them and my whole display cabinet full liao. That Pet Shop looks really really nice, especially the house half. Maybe I should clear out another shelf for this!

These modulars are indeed intoxicating. Where to find place to display them ? Maybe should buy first, then think about getting a bigger house with a dedicated Lego play and display room...lol
