QUOTE(Marl^^ @ Jun 24 2015, 05:27 PM) I am talking about the facade. The facade looks like a low cost condo parking building. Take a look at the parking for Trees and ZR as seen from outside. Looks like there is about 20 years gap between the design. |

But then again I wasn't expecting much in the first place for a RM 435psf price. Im more concerned about the quality of the paintwork and infrastructure. If that's fine, then I guess its acceptable.Take a look at the parking for Trees and ZR as seen from outside. Looks like there is about 20 years gap between the design. |

No point to speculate right now as the final works is just around the corner.
Let's see if KR2 lives up to it's price tag, despite we bought it below $450/sft. |

Definitely it doesnt looks high class but probably it looks low cost for u. Take a look at the parking for Trees and ZR as seen from outside. Looks like there is about 20 years gap between the design. Hmm, parking facade? The Treez, design looks good and of coz, it refurnished back into their selling price whch was way too high above KR2 upon launching. Although the density is lower, if acc to what contractors told me the costs they used for Treez, it could be even much more grand n premium looking. ZR? Looks ok for me and overall looks good only as a facade. Are u a buyer of The Treez or ZR? |

It would be good for own stay buyers if the quality of the internal units and facilities are better than KR1 and importantly ZR. Even Zest can live up to RM 520-530 psf now before renovation, guess it wont be issue of it for a price tag of below RM 450 psf but maybe subsale buyers of over RM 550 psf in future. |

Only see it from Kesas you can feel it's naked, hollow and cheap, mainly due to the car park facade. This post has been edited by puchongite: Jun 24 2015, 08:41 PM |

QUOTE(puchongite @ Jun 24 2015, 08:37 PM) Nah, I don't own any of that. No worries. End of the day buyers of KR1 and KR2 will make a good return on their investment due their low entry price compared to other condos in the area and also due to the upcoming malls. Lots of pictures were captured but none capture them from Kesas. Only see it from Kesas you can feel it's naked, hollow and cheap, mainly due to the car park facade. My only regret now is that I should have gone for that 3rd unit that Chris gave me info on. But 2 is good enuf I guess. |

I agree that from behind of the condo (means from Kesas) it looks not so grand because of plain. Try take a look again from the main entrance (LRT side) when it's completed to get the true feel. It's like you don't know if the lady is pretty or not looking from behind

Would KR2 owners sell their units if the price upon VP is more or less the same as KR1? For example, type C (1400+ sq ft) selling at RM700k.
Interesting to know as it'll also affect the price of surrounding condos since new condo would generate another wave of interest in the vicinity, esp if the LRT is up and running then |
