Bro, I did not vested into KR1 probably because I missed it and actually, I much prefer KR2 compare to KR1 due to

iii) KR1 was 4 blocks of only 12 storey high, which I deemed it is low enough since it is going to be sandwich between ZR/Rainz and KR2 and facing Bkt OUG or Highway ( feng Shui issue in terms of Wind )
iv) Location issue, I prefer KR2 because it is corner or first building and outer compare to KR1, which is going to be surrounding by buildings stated above.
( Personal view of feng shui where your territory is under attack or ambush )

Hmm, seems the sales chart of T3, Type B4 almost all gone except the lowest 3 floors and seems Type C took time to sell especially unit No. 1 and that's a little worry me because not sure whether buyers not keen for No.1 due to half view block by Tower 2 building or South ( where No. 3A unit also facing South but without blocking ) or Pricing issue where T1 and T2 Type C prices are cheaper by a mere RM 20k ( which I dont think so ) but all facing Kesas/North instead.

This may upset the type C buyers.

I see that this project, the type C have got problem moving. If you buy for own stay, it's OK. If you buy for rental play and if it can fetch adequate rental, it is also OK. But if you thinking of disposing it after VP, it might be quite challenging. Already now 600k is a big amount, after VP you got to sell it even higher. Lots of people cannot afford it.

The only hope is if Berjaya, HoHup (& Malton) and WCT launch new ones more than 600k, that will help make the type C units more fluid. If however, they launch much smaller built up with price less than 600K, then it will really be problematic to dispose the type C in the future then.

I was thinking to cancel my booking 12xx sqft... Plan to grab a landed far away like sg long or mahkota cheras... Still considering... Any feedback??

You can consider this and the landed u intend to buy. Generally, if one could afford landed, why not right? I am sure bfore u place ur booking for KR2 months back, it must be some specific reasons for u to opt for condo.

If u proceed with KR2, u need to hold for 3 under construction years, so u might only able to get ur landed 3-4 years later after u dispose one of ur 2 prop.

Its hard to advice bcz unable to know what are ur preference btw dsth and condo, both diff productn also the location u intend to buy, not fr BJ or near this.

Like my case, I like landed a lot but for me, location is best issue for me, then security of condo but my fiancee is the reason behind why am i planning to move fr landed to condo. Condo easier to maintain compare to DSTH based on built up size bcz only 2 of us staying where both of us working. If my parents stay with me, then i definitely move from landed to landed, confirm not condo bcz older folks have troublesome of convenience. 

Its up to individual choice. Its very tough to compare a low entry of 550k+ condo with DIBS and partly furnish against a higher entry DSTH which cost a lot higher unless deeper location or older house.

Go to the Sales Office to check the progress of T3. The SA told me now the price increase again and need to buy additional car park. Which mean they gonna have 3 parking lot. Previos buyer can also purchase it buy in cash .

Btw, bro, u walk in to purchase or any event? I found this whole week suddenly a few ppl bought KR2 including my friend who walked in few days ago n saw quite a number of couple viewing at model at KR2 sales office.

Yippieeee!!!!! My friend who purchased KR2 already received lawyer letter today to make appointment for signing S&P.

Go check your letter box guys, I will keep a look out for mine and update here if I receive the letter. Cheers!!!

At least there's news for S&P and no more delaying. Gonna get funds and cheque book ready.
