Sharing current sales status for Tower 3 as I was at sales office today with my friend as she is interested to purchase one unit and even her bro is considering too. Also the piling works has started since beginning of this week so soon we can see some progress for this project

Just make up your mind on your preferences and go for it before you regret later. You can terminate the LO with valid reason but I believe bank may penalise you a small sum of money for calcellation. |

All the hype of too near to lrt or highway is just made by individual. Look at Singaporeans, they love if their house is close to lrt or accessibility to expressway. It's a matter of time whereby Malaysians will appreciate these added values. Given next few years when all these amenities is completed together with the surrounding then people will began to appreciate and jump into this areas.
