Prasarana is saying the phase 1 Ampang line LRT extension will be open Oct 31.

This has been said before but as time goes by, they have not shifted the date yet. So I think their estimate becomes more and more realistic.

So our units number has changed in accordance with the bomba or whatever sequence it is..a bit disappointed since fot a nice number and now it goes a level down.

Ya, that was a bit stupid although I understand it was a sequence of bomba.

But, the coordinate of unit postal arrangemenr is a bit sucks and not proper, just see Kr1, they told developer that Postal Unit No 1 must be the first unit you came out from the lift and left hand side. And rounded back till No 8, the unit beside lift on right side.

Now, this KR2 is diff, the No 1 must be the unit on right side but facing lift. Lol.

If he or she is owner of Tower 1, then its correct. From 8 to 2.

Tower 1 lot no is different compare to Tower 2 & 3. Developer puts it as Lot No 8 bcz its stands for big size of 1457 or more sq ft.

The thing is they do not have standard guidelines on how the numbering works, each of the stupid bomba fella will have their own definitions.

Haha, under DBKL, I get used to it and expected. This thing seldom happened for projects under Selangor.

Initially plan for own stay but gf do not want to stay in condo so at the end change plan to stay in landed.

Hmm, I think around RM 2.5k max, with LRT up, LRT road connectivity ( main ) and full furnished, I believe can be higher a bit only, as contradict to number of units available for let in the same road.

Just got update from FB, handover key to owner tentatively in Aug/Sep for Tower 3. So fast meh ?

I thought by batch and Tower 1 and 2 should be earlier due to they signed S&P earlier than Tower 3.

Nevertheless, all the internal units had been fully done, pending some rectification and the facilities floor. BUt, it looks a bit rushing if by Aug 2015, just 2 months away to finish up the pool and so ... I long time nvr passby so I am not sure.

Hows the internal quality? Fittings? Workmanship?

Good for developer but not good for us. If they rush, finishing quality will be affected. Plus, we want the LRT to be operational before we get VP. That would ensure slightly better chances of getting decent rental and capital appreciation. It will also ensure the construction debris in front of the condo is cleared.

Landed is more convenient la bro..can have own compound and if you going to supermarket buying goodies and it's easier to move the thing to the house. Anyway I still like condo due to better view and less insects coming into the house.

How about you? Mind to share your intention on your units?

Agreed even though can't wait to see the final workmanship of KR2 . Anyway, i'm doubt they can make it by Aug/Sept.
