He was fired due to “disciplinary action”.

Not providing sufficient bandwidth to users is also considered “disciplinary action” due to his position of Head of the company.

Clash over the future direction of U Mobile...? hmm.gif

Tan Sri "Wipe His Ass" vs this poor guy...? Sounds like one wanted more subscribers via cheap prices, another wanted quality service on par with expensive Maxis prices..???

Tan Sri Capitalist tak suka slow revenues, fired that guy with some trumped up "disciplinary action"... then hire future puppet CEO to do his dirty work...

Say bye bye to cheap and affordable broadband guys... sad.gif sad.gif

We dun mind paying Maxis-like prices if the Bandwidth is sufficient and its Billings are up-to-date,

eg: you topup to subscribe to broadband MB68 after buying the sufficient credit BUT the system tells you that you have only rm5.00 credit although a check shows that you have rm70 credit via *118*8#

Malaysian telco market really went down the drain ever since the communications ministry was taken over by a lawyer and some orang asli guy during the last term.

Malaysian telecoms ranking in this region went rock bottom, became so expensive and entangled in such mess.

Hopefully the most recent change in the ministry would turn the current situation back to normal or positive side.

I have better faith in Ahmad Shabery than the previous ones who almost know nothing about the telecom industry and technology.

YA there is some delay for some top up or bill payment, but customer service telling that within 24 hours credit will be reflected

Hi,

I just found out that my postpaid (U28) bill is still outstanding eventhough i made the payment 2 weeks ago in August.

The payment was made in umobile website using my credit card. My credit card statement already shown the transaction made but umobile website is still showing as outstanding.

already complained to umobile but so far no news.

Can you guys advise on this?
