rm58 is for first mth pymt.

rm100 will be rebated to you via monthly rebates on your bill to offset the monthly usage.

Hi, I hv a question here hope u can help me.
I'm currently a U28 user, I wish to upgrade my plan to either u58, or ultimate device plan.
Let say if I find myself need no more for those plans in future, can I downgrade my plan back to U28?

TQ.

No downgrade/upgrade available in Umobile, the only way is MNP out to another Telco like Tunetalk > MNP back to UM obile under another Plan/Package.

Thx, but just found this in u mobile FAQ. whistling.gif

U Mobile FAQ

Can I upgrade or downgrade my existing plan within U Mobile (postpaid) plans?

Yes. You need to walk-in to U Mobile Service Centre branches. To change of rate plan (upgrade or downgrade) is free of charge. However you are advice to settle your existing plan outstanding (if any) and your balance of your advance access fee will be refunded to after deduction of any outstanding charges.

UMobile Big Small eye one la.............

Service Centers can do anything as they wish, as for Dealers this cannot that cannot. Really not fair to Dealers,

The total business that Service Centers brought in is less than the combined business of all the Dealers brought in.
