Just subscribed prepaid UMI28 yesterday... Not impressed...

Just a quick question. I have UMI28 package that had just auto-renewed 28 bucks. Prior to auto renewal, I had 67 mins of voice and 20 SMSes unused. From my knowledge, these are supposed to be carried forward after auto renewal. However after hitting *118*3*1*3# to check my balance, my free voice and SMS got reset back to 100 and 30 respectively. Ain't that supposed to be 167 mins of voice and 50 SMSes after carried forward...?

One question from my end though. Currently I have UMI28, planning to upgrade to UMI 48 next week. Will this override my current UMI28 plan, or will both activate concurrently..?
And when I decide to upgrade, should I stop auto-renewal of UMI28 first...? |
