Clash over the future direction of U Mobile...? hmm.gif

Tan Sri "Wipe His Ass" vs this poor guy...? Sounds like one wanted more subscribers via cheap prices, another wanted quality service on par with expensive Maxis prices..???

Tan Sri Capitalist tak suka slow revenues, fired that guy with some trumped up "disciplinary action"... then hire future puppet CEO to do his dirty work...

Say bye bye to cheap and affordable broadband guys...  sad.gif  sad.gif

Malaysian telco market really went down the drain ever since the communications ministry was taken over by a lawyer and some orang asli guy during the last term.

Malaysian telecoms ranking in this region went rock bottom, became so expensive and entangled in such mess.

Hopefully the most recent change in the ministry would turn the current situation back to normal or positive side.

I have better faith in Ahmad Shabery than the previous ones who almost know nothing about the telecom industry and technology.

Hotlink Always Free Internet plan = 64kbps speed

umobile umi = no speed limit.

DiGi and Celcom used to have UNLIMITED 384kbps internet last year and uMobile had UNLIMITED HSDPA for RM68 few years back. For the few years business still went on with higher growth and profit reported.

Now we only get 64kbps dial up internet sold as UNLIMITED with limited usability only meant for certain apps on the smartphone.

Is the internet in Malaysia getting downgraded or we are getting shortchanged?

Note there are vey few areas outside the Klang Valley under uMobile's own infrastructure that is able to support HSPA+ speeds. The most you'll be getting is 1Mbps-ish HSDPA speeds if you're lucky and lower during peak times.

It's a good thing they terminated that useless CEO of theirs.
