just my 2 cents,

referring to the pic here
http://forum.lowyat.net/index.php?showtopic=2329241&hl=

(CTRL + F, search for "reason for funding". open the spoiler just above the "reason for funding" and below "photos by the lens")

not a camera guy, but from 5 screws, 2 is missing. and so coincidentally both the missing screw is at the back part of the picture? hmm.gif
anyone will know something is wrong here. if it only need 3 screw and not 5, the screw will be distributed around, not focused on 1 section only hmm.gif

buying time tactic. delay delay delay, then say after xxx months only got "insert damage here"

btw silverfire, you sold the item with the following description
1) condition : awesome

the condition of this item is definitely not awesome

Nikon will not release the name of the first owner since it's their company policy. But I will make a report and see how.

I don't trust you either, what if I paid you the money, you keep the lens and frame me for more stuff? Post me the lens, I refund you. Cannot agree to that? TTPM.

The first owner has ran out on me and decided not to reply at all. You're lucky I still bother to give you any reply.

really wonder how u get so many trade list
are all those your dupes?

your stand on this case is funny though. u act as if you are the middle man in this case, but in fact you are not

<--start deal #1-->
you bought the lens from <whoever that guy name is>
<--close deal #1-->

<--start deal #2-->
then u sold it to TS
<--close deal #2-->

its a wonder how you can link deal#2 back to deal#1 when its clearly your fault that you sold a defective item

Just file the TTPM claim dude, no use slandering all around here. You can come meet anyone you like, even my grandparents. It doesn't change a thing, or are you trying to scare me into succumbing to you?

Added on August 22, 2012, 6:17 pmFor starters, I had no foreknowledge of the lens being defective. Neither is the lens was submitted for repair by me.

it doesnt matter whether you know or do not know the condition of the item. if you sell it, you take responsibility for it. Are you saying that this is not your fault and the fault is entirely the supplier fault? so you are telling me that if the deal went wrong, push all blame to supplier? then the same should be same if the deal went through right?
delete all your tradelist. since you do not supply or manufacture any of those item; according to you, you are not eligible to claim any credits for them.
