I think RK didnt file for banlruptcy, his company filed for bankruptcy, he is still rich i think. Maybe the 1Mill is achievable and we'll see. Some of the DSLs over there are being used as "hostel" for SCM workers as well. That one might hinder the smoothness of GnG application

Got in touch with the subcons and ALL the repair were done for free including all the silly stuff (Repaint the Gate, paint the ceiling, etc etc) For the price, its definitely worth it! No more PKNS = low/mediocore quality.
