For those who bought pentas 2 facing lake will be cursing if there is no lake but still got afternoon sun
Eventhough there is a lake, if the community gated the pentas area then there will be no direct access to the lake. I remember there is also small lake in presint 1, not sure nukilan, ukiran, or what. The lake just very normal. Not really that nice like big lake beside inp sales office. If that kind of lake better convert to playground unless inp willing to invest more to beautify it like put in some lotus, more flowers plant around the lake. |

I think the price will become stagnant now at around 250 to 300 psf. Cannot go any further if there is no convinient store, food store there. Maybe still not enough resident to support to hav these store there. Eventhough the house quality is good. Cannot be selling point anymore. The inp sales also tidak ape altitude. They know the house will be sold eventually just the matter of times.
No choice need to hold longer. Hopefully the bank interest stay low for longer time. I think Pentas 3 is last series of pentas, right? Next launch going to be smaller unit i heard 22x80? ... |

Is it about the fencing? I think we cannot do anything till VP and fence it at our own cost if INP didnt fence for us. INP wont said it will be fence coz it is illegally to fence the area as long as majlis perbandaran shah alam still maintenaining the facilities like road, Water pipe, cut grass etc ... If the area is fence and it si consider gng and all mainteniance cost should be bear by resident which is huge cost. But nowaday alot of resident area still fence up but maintained by majlis perbandaran, i think that is not legal ... correct me if i am wrong .... Now maybe just hope for inp still said no it is not fence but still do the fencing for us ....

Not sure whether there is fence and guard ... I think cannot fence the area as long the road, rubbish collection etc still done by gov. Maybe nowaday authority just close one eye to give cf due to current unsafe enviroment ...

We know who to vote for in next GE. We want to have goverment that is more reasonable. You cant provide the security that people wanted and yet you prevent people from setup their own security .... Why gng residential is in demand? People are feeling insecure nowaday ...

The pin one could be either could not get loan, applying many banks and begging banks for approving their loan, probably it takes time. The other possibility is the loan aledi approved, but they are dragging it to save some interest, inp will have to ask them to remove pin, as long as inp didnt force them, they will just booked and enjoy interest free until inp give them ultimatum. Inp staff also maybe didnt bother to chase them also. Imagine, if progressive interest is now 300k, that is around 1500 per month and 50 per day. U drag one day u earn 50 and can have a good meal. Think they will drag as long as they can. Hehe .. I am just guessing onli ...
