If my memory serve me right, Golden Hope owned the land bank in Alam Impian, their sales office is initially located in Wisma Cosplant Subang, later GH acquired by I&P and the company changed to Alam Impian Sdn Bhd. I was there during their 1st launch in Subang in 2006.
my source : Alam Impian master planning was proposed in 2003, there was no such thing of setting up fence, same goes to Bdr Kinrara in 1992. TTDI acquited the land in 2008 and manage to design the fenced concept in the master plan, TMS M Residence, Kinrara Residence and USJ Heights etc are all the same, those are much later and mange to get it approved. What I&P do is construct the guard house and fence AFTER the VP only, according to my source, it is not easy to get it approved if a new gated concept is proposed to the local authority. I am very sure a guard post and fence will be constructed, but dun expect a modern guard post like the G+G Taman. |

(Yes i am) TTDI & I&P are not rival, the gun must pointing to other directions, the closest competitors (micro) are indeed fr Kota Kemuning, Bukit Rimau and upcoming Bdr Rimbayu. However if we look at a bigger picture, I hv to say these 4 townships are indeed falling into the same continent, like Puchong, Subang, Cyberjaya, Setia Alam are debating (LYN forum) each other on the respective strength & weaknesses, the whole "Kemuning Continent" must rise to compete with others, I hv great confidence that when BR & AI are mature by 2018-2025, another LCG will be formed once the WCE is ready.
