Totally agree with you on this. Better for own stay. I dont think Desa Parkcity got so many flippers thats why the price increases more. More own stay less supply demand always high will push up the price moreee

Exactly. And the owners of Ayu Series got it cheap. Prior to Ayu Impian, it was all below RM500k. It shall be very hard to own a landed prop in Setia Alam less than RM700k ish in 2-3 years time. And the SPS houses are pushing the price of Ayu Impian as well. Keep it and once all the infrastructure there completes. boom the price will boom.

Prior to launch of SCM, DSL 20 x 70 Rental there can only fetch less than RM1k. Now its going around RM1350 - RM1500 and its not even G n G. If the resident there can push for GnG, SCM in the vicinity. niceeee

Good effort bro. Maybe the 1Mill is achievable and we'll see. Some of the DSLs over there are being used as "hostel" for SCM workers as well. That one might hinder the smoothness of GnG application

Can actually second that. Have a unit there and upon VP it has leaking problem on the Ground Floor. Got in touch with the subcons and ALL the repair were done for free including all the silly stuff (Repaint the Gate, paint the ceiling, etc etc) For the price, its definitely worth it!

No more PKNS = low/mediocore quality.
