just receive letter for payment for 35% completion for pentas 3, i doubt the progress of it... anyone can confirm?

my lawyer is request me to pay for the private caveat as it is request by the bank. The amount is quite big, is it a necessary?

type b corner unit very worth it for nukiran. huge land size. regret buying pentas 3. with the same amount money i can buy extra 1000sqf land size

in snp, it said that the water and electric need to be ready for connection before another 12.5% fee to be pay. Can i ask, in order for vp, must electric and water be connect and available?

this is at pentas 3. the metal are unevenly cut and look low quality. Is this the final product or they going to re-modify it?
