Fu yooo. Bathroom looks much better compare to P2 and P1. Build quality looks good.

By the way did you measure the width and length of the house. I cannot understand how come Pentas 3 has bigger BU than Pentas 1 and Pentas 2...where do they hide the extra build up....'Kidding only.

Wonder why sales is so slow. Looks like i can go and see again. Few months ago i went, most of the units i like were taken up but now i see released.

30 units sold + 26 booked and left 21 units till now.

It looks quite slow and surprising. Would it be the pricing issue or, solely on I&P marketability issue?

RM1million not many people could afford. for so many units (P1,2,3) launched at around that price, it is quite ok i think

Yalor. Veli slow but I got the feeling is more on InP. I guess they will only start to work next year since this year kpi already hit. They can chillax till year end...kekeke

Price is quite competitively leh. In fact Pentas is the lowest in terms of psf, 250 only leh. Really value for money compare to other development around the vicinity. Even landed in cyberjaya is more expensive.

Yup. totally agree with u. I couldnt buy 5200sqft land with 3600sqft b/u at rm1.1 million near that place elsewhere. i believe it is so undervalued

Agree with both you. It is not only undervalue but cheap, fair and reasonable price no matter subsales and under construction.

The master plan has real huge potential from gigantic devs of I&P and Naza TTDI. Yet, it selling their project are fair value instead of 10-30% higher like other development in current market.

I expected a boom in rising once the commercial hub and amenities are ready to be in.

Couldn't really find a new super link at RM 600k+ ish with new dev, new township, new planning, new design and in fact, everything new and modern.

Ya..c to believe..I love the toilet too! Quality is superb..shower is placed at the center of ceiling..

Hmm..well..well..let me tell u where actually is the hidden space went..the staircase! The width of the staircase I believe is abt 4ft..I guess the space is enuf for 3 person to step up n down together..haha

I only notice shower head is at the center of the ceiling after u mention it. Nice! Dont think p1 and p2 got that, didnt really check the location of the shower head before.

Upside for pentas will b limited as long as there are existing units are unsold plus I&P still maintain the original pricing

that is one of the downside i see. However, most pentas owners i know are buying for own stay including myself. once we get F&G, I believe will be up slightly. with commercial coming in, it will be up further.
