QUOTE(jucl @ Nov 16 2012, 11:40 PM) >90% sold. Not much left. Sales status as of last 2 week. Ya..c to believe..I love the toilet too! Quality is superb..shower is placed at the center of ceiling..[attachmentid=3159756] Added on November 16, 2012, 11:45 pm Fu yooo. Bathroom looks much better compare to P2 and P1. Build quality looks good. By the way did you measure the width and length of the house. I cannot understand how come Pentas 3 has bigger BU than Pentas 1 and Pentas 2...where do they hide the extra build up....'Kidding only. Hmm..well..well..let me tell u where actually is the hidden space went..the staircase! The width of the staircase I believe is abt 4ft..I guess the space is enuf for 3 person to step up n down together..haha |

You should go back to the same bank for construction loan of the house. No bank will finance if the land is already charged. Unfortunately there are not many banks are keen to finance construction loan if not mistaken.

QUOTE(STLin @ Sep 19 2013, 10:58 PM) Does anyone know how is the process if the buyer is not a malaysian but has PR status? I know that it needs consent from land office but i'm worried that the first progressive billing is due anytime soon and still can't get the consent on time. If that's the case, is there any way to avoid the late payment penalty? Bank won't release the payment without this being done right? Need advise from all the xifu as i'm not familiar with the whole process. Thanks. No need consent as property price above 500k. And consent does not come from land office but from PM office. |
