Whats the reason Alam Impian property is good?

I went there just now, there are only houses there, no shop lots, no commercials.... only houses and some landscapes.

Because I want to stay, so no shop lots or commercials, I'm alrite for it.

I am not alrite. But i can wait . Once shoplots and commercials is ready, price should be different aledi.

imho, AI price is undervalued. I couldnt get the house with that land size and build up with that price
anywhere around that area. AI still has potential for further appreciation. got an inside info that commercial will come very soon along with hypermarket, international school. however, i didnt manage to korek more. why I&P behaving like how they are behaving? i dont know. didnt really bother to work hard to sell. didnt even bother to mention what are the "extras" they will provide (they gave extra alarm system, fence (oppsss)) but never mention to buyers and they just keep quiet on further developments on that area. why? dunno. thats how they are. most developers will even overpromise but underdeliver. but this one most of the time, underpromise, overdeliver. not so good in terms helping sales in my opinion.

By the way, setting up of kindie need to get collective agreement from all resident rite? Can they just convert by only obtainning permit fr MBSA?

I think we are not gated and guarded, no need consent from all resident. Maybe just need consent from the neighbour house only?

Yalor nothing much we can do since pentas is individual title not strata. But I read a clause in snp that says u need approval if u want to chnage the house exterior color...guess they only need permit from mbsa.

Maybe it is ugly for adult but very beautiful in kids eyes ...

I dont mind that there are kindie garden in my housing area as long as it is not beside my house, but it is better dont have kiddie inside the housing area for security reason, easier for security to control incoming outsider.
