Hi Guys, make a mistake last week. The OD interest charge appeared on 31st Aug and 1st Oct. Sept statement start from 3rd till 30th. Hence I was making a mistake to siok sendiri rgd 2nd Dibs start to take effect last month. Guess have to wait till end of Nov to enjoy it from 1st draw down.

Why cant I&P give DIBS starting from 1st year? Instead of 2nd year from 1st drawdown. (mcm tak ikhlas aje nak kasi DIBS). kekeke

For last few months prior key deliver has the most savings. 90% loan may save ~RM10K for 5 months. |

At this stage, INP shd do everything possible to improve the sales, and just give DIBS for all new customers that willing to buy. And to be fair to the existing purchasers just apply DIBS accross the boards, this may cost them more but will be compensated by sales income and speed up the next launching especially commercial |
