Yes, Im agree....the most important is how to get I&P to do the fencing for pentas 1,2 3 for us.......if can with a guard house..then i can say pentas is one of the best investment that i can have

I think the best is guarded and fencing ..the road still maintain by government....jus wat we wan is same like ttdi.

They also individual title ....with fencing and guarded with a nice guard house like SPIRA

IF TTDI for zorconia and spira can do it...i think pentas also able to do so...but how to initial it ..this is the question ...as next year are the vp for pentas...we need to find a solution quick.........AS we all know....I&P always deliver their project on time or may be earlier.....

im remember when i signed the SPA for the house....i did sign another letter to give consent if pentas want to fence up the area

I think it's up to I&P wan to do for us or not

Last time our taikor UFO have mentioned it before...

Anyone have signed the letter..?

There are some old development also doing fencing and guarded recent year like bandar kinrara... i also wonder all of them also dun follow rule....i think it's up to developer wan to fight for us or not.....with municipal of the area.......

How about TTDI alam Impian...all their phases will be guarded and fence....how come they able to do so....They summit the whole development project with fencing before oct 2010..??? rclxub.gif

I think security issue is one of the biggest issue facing by the rakyat...if the authority cant improve it..then shouldnt stop us to contruct our guard house and fencing...as it will provide sense of security to the house buyer and also value appreciation for the investor..

Dun know wat the authority thinking about....haihhhhhhhhhhhhh!
