Actually I did not receive any letter yet but just noticed my sept bank account does not have any interest charge. The past whole year got interest charged. I paid my remain 10% down payment at last year end of Aug. Bank 1st draw down was Nov 30th 2011. Hence I assume DIBS started to take effect in Sept.

Went to Mapex at mid valley today. I&P has a big stand there to promote their properties. They don't really push the sales for AI, just saw they put 2 poster of AI on the outer wall of the booth. Few old ladies sales persons talk to each others and the bankers, rather than taking initiative to the walk in customers to their booth.
I wonder what is the point they participate in the show if they hv no interest to sell and approach customers?

This I can agree with you. Inp dun bother to sell coz their sales guy got no commission. No incentive mah. They are lucky that inp is cash cow company wif plenty of strategic landbank. Otherwise tutup kedai liao

By the way Arca subsales is selling at 750k-790k (24x80) BU 2700sf (before vp)- already more expnesive than pentas.
Hopefully this will push pentas sales further.

Just wish to clarify something with ang ang taiko....

1. Your down payment of 10% is by cash ma, so, should be no interest calculated lo.
2. If your bank 1st draw down was Nov 2011, Nov 2012 baru satu tahun complete one year interest lo, rite?
3. Unless, they really calculate DIBS based on date of 10%, then sudah one year.....


And.... I paid my first 10% end Nov 2011...... pray hard hard ah...

eh i was supposed to get dibs for 2nd year but i wont be getting anything because i just bought in jan 2012. i am servicing interest now.if complete new year, i will never experience 2nd year dibs. (dibs starts counting from first drawdown, right?)

Same here lah. Too bad I went in too late. Actually 2nd year interest value more compare to first year. We both rugi loh.
Anyway u still manage to grab pentas 1. Lagi untung woh. Interest is nothing compare to potential value of pentas 1, sap sap sui lah..hehe
