PJ too many exit point where alot of cars try used a shortcut to escape jam on Federal Highway. The case different to compare our Pentas only single entry, if true by ufo et mentioned beside Pentas land no more medium cost apartment.

So, can provide proper guardhouse for single entry before small roundabout. But there need more time waiting all vp in Pentas land. Please refer to landscape shown in this thread.

You never know.. That is y it is crucial we secure the guarded and fencing thingie before VP to set expectation right for all owner.

This guy = must be stupid. dunno malaysia full of kidnappers, robbers, killers, rapists? I hope we dont have such a stupid guy like this in pentas

Hopefully Pentas dont have such owner. Chances to have such person is there but i think should be very very slim.

Anyway guys,

I&P just told me that the meeting with board will be in May. This is because there are a lot of seatings will be on in April. I will keep you updated from time to time.

We still have time to help our friends in I&P to propose to board. What do you suggest? I guess we have to show them that we have been supportive to the good name of I&P, right?

One thing left. Need the list of owners of pentas. This is a bit tricky due to secrecy act.

Haha the person most likely doesnt live there.. i live there with my parents.. we took matters into our own hands .and started closing of one entry point as we were being preyed upon by snatch thieves. My mum was robbed right in front of our house.. they were two other incidents involving our neighbours. After closing the exit there has not been anymore cases on my street.. the people who are complaining are the ones who use the road as a bypass road.. the residents feel safer nowadays.. one of my neighbours is one of the former top judges in malaysia.. they might be talking about him..

One question. If Inp agree to help us out to form GN, do we need the list?

My prediction is no more. They may launch similar one but not Pentas. Base on previous launches, u have Canting 1,2,3
Similarly u have only Nukilan 1,2,3.
No 4.

Last heard from Sales Gallery, 25x85 Superlink next to Pentas will launch by this year.

Pentas 3 still have some available unit.
