I did personally asked a lot of friends, all with creditability of staying over RM 800k house and after being asked, I am honest to say, they prefer I&P's land size & built up but prefer Naza TTDI's facade. For those prefer greenery and lesser renovation, prefer's I&P while for those lifestyle frens, definitely picks Naza TTDI overall facade without a doubt. I think it is great to compare the Zircona vs Pentas 1 although the size differs a bit. |

The sales brochure of P2 mentioned lake or park. So if I&P builds park and not lake, can sue them for misleading the buyers meh?

May I know how many are prefer pond or gardening? I personally prefer gardening instead of pond. I always to aware my small children do not play beside pond or lake could cause drowning and dangerous. The pond incident higher than build park & garden, if you have more children. |

By a mean time, refer to Karseng, Cheah & Chris from I&P with TTDI like a comparison for Mercedes E-Class vs BMW 5-series.
Meanwhile, Pentas like E-class no outlook attract, but drive in comfortable & branded of star. Zircona is more like 5-series outlook sporty attract more to young age? |
