This perimeter fencing discussion keep coming up in this thread and will only put to rest like what happened in Laman Glenmarie 2 when the developer finally soliciting signatures from buyer before submitting FnG proposal to local authorities. Hope I&P will wake up and follow the footstep of LG2 developer given the unrealized GDV for AI is significant.

Since consent letter is signed, i think the likelihood is not remote. The only thing is that we need to fork out money for the fencing?

Is a very simple and basic fundamental.

First, who willing to step up to be the chairperson for pentas 1, 2 & 3?

Second, who willing to fight, write in, walk in, go in, talk in, argue with, i&p ?

Do we have a such a person, for time being?

I'm a straight forward person, and my words will be direct.

If there is no such a person who willing to lead, no matter how you talk until the cow climb to the tree, also no use.

Because, there is still no action.

Anybody who is constantly in msia willing to volunteer? If not then it will make it harder. I can do the pushing, calling here and there but from a distance. Come on, take one for the team, guys.

What i would suggest, which i believe most of us can easily do this:-

1. Write to lawyer to hold the last 5% stack-holder sum. (say pentas 1,2 & 3 = 280 units, say 5% = RM35k, total 5% stackholder sum = RM9.8mil)

2. The RA to write in to request for perimeter gate.

this is like the story of who will bell the cat.....

imo, just follow what LG2 buyers did, nothing less, nothing more....each pentas buyer shld write in online to I&P and request for the setting up of perimeter fencing, proper guard house and free security service by developer for 1 year....these are what Glenmarie Properties will do for LG2

to kick the ball rolling, can anyone share the right email address that will go to the right party in I&P?
