Oh ya guys, I remembered that there was one neighbourhood in Banting that had a barbeque at the backlane. I joined in because of my relatives stay there. Very nice. The neighbours were so close to each other. Why dont we have activities like those?

Puchong semi-d cluster. Subang jaya semi-d not cluster. melekat kembar siam only. huhuhu. Chinese dont like cluster ka? Majority in my puchong house area is chinese bro by a big big percentage. I believe should be 70% chinese.

hi guys. i went to sales gallery, almost 70% nukilan 3 sold & was told by SA all the end lots soldout on the launch day. i read the nukilan 3 brochure, the last page says "fencing : provided". does that mean nukilan 3 phase parameter will be fenced by i&p or does it say fencing of each house is provided. haha.. dan missed the end lot sales & i feel abit sad..

Wow, 70% sold considering current market sentiment. This is hot! Even better than pentas 3...huhummEnd lot was a good buy. No wonder it was sold within the same day.

I think nukilan sales are successful becoz:

1) Cheaper entry price than Pentas 3
2) There are malays I know that love to stay in front of mosque (not everyone wants to put on the investment cap everytime)


SA told me Pentas 1,2 already over the non-bumi quotas. So I think the bumi lot already taken over, right? Is there a such thing as bumi lot in Pentas? I got a unit since the buyer couldnt get loan. He is a chinese. Is this bumi lot? Doesnt sound like it.

Pentas 1 and 2 are almost 50-50 btw bumi and non bumi though bumi lots reserved at 30%??
Pentas 3 not so sure, maybe non bumi lot also still available.

yeah, almost but over the quota by a bit. thats what SA told me. I heard these 2 scenarios before. Not sure which one is true:

1) If bumi lots not taken, developers can open to non-bumi buyers. Hence quotas different already
2) Die2 must meet quota.

Dunno which one is true but 1) make more sense to me. Last week, SA told me Pentas 2 only 2 units left (both corner lots). Pentas 3 not sure.
