Could also be piping leaking bro coz ur master room got bathroom. This is unlikely as water supply is not connected thus the likely rootcause is roof leaking when rains.

yes. both house are semi-ds and both house dont have backlanes. I have seen backlane that looks very dirty, lots of stray cats/dogs, abandoned furnitures in subang jaya ss14/ss18 etc. not nice. Some people also like to intai2.

Ppl usually gate up the 2 ends....money to tailor-make 2 gates n 2 set locks shared by front and back neighbours.....what they do with the back lane?? ....up to them actually...

Old areas like Kg. Tunku (SS1) don't have backlanes however the by-laws has been upgraded / changed and now....backlanes are a requirement for fire/safety reasons....

wud be nice if you can convert it to a linear park....
maybe some house owner will extend further into the back lane??
BTW, who is responsible forthe maintainence of the backlane, MBSA also ah?
