from my experience with Setia Alam, the bumi quota applies on the overall township, not on a single project/ lauchings. For the case of Setia Alam, they did not achieve the overall 30% bumi quota for their landed, but then SP Setia build low to medium cost apartment with 50% bumi quota allocation, so at the end it even up the shortfall of bumi quota.

INP assigned bumi quota on each launching, so that it is easier to manage.

Bdr Kinrara dun hv Bumi Lot, buy sell no problem.
Sick with this housing policy, until today no proper guild lines on this matter.

Btw you mentioned April may VP. This is a bit rush as many units upper floor timber wood have not ready yet as they have to redo and put water sealant for whole floor. May need months to complete.

IMO, the main contractor is the best company appointed by INP so far, he will deliver. The architect for Pentas 1 has high expectation, they expect work quality according to bungalow guildlines, that's why need extra time for construction.
Same projects handled by this contractor are Desiran, Sentosa and Emerald Bdr Kinrara. I must say Pentas 1 quality and finishing is better.

I just went to the site sales gallery. I am interested for Pentas project. But one thing to ask about the main entrance to Alam Impian from Shah Alam(Federal Highway) or Kesas Link.

How to avoid toll if we want to used this two link for exit? Although not expensive just pay RM0.60, but for long term purpose In/Out not only one time or one person.

I maybe buy for stay with 4 cars each person. Me, wife & two young children. Expecially wife will drive to Kemuning for shop & market. I hope not take stupid big round exit at Jln Kebun to avoid toll, but how? Unless my car can jump over to skip toll... biggrin.gif

I hope taikor or big boss who was buy here can give better advised !!

You can actually use the backroad near the econsave at the jalan kebun. Try to use google map and u will see the alternative way.

If you think Jalan Kebun entrance is not convenient, basically I don't think there is another way ...

Better think like ..it;s an exclusive highway toll for Alam impian......i think aleast there is LKSA highway to alam impian is very good in my opinion....less jam and traffic..the only disadvantage is paying 0.60 toll.......Buying house above rm500k.....i think able to coup wif 0.60 sen toll...

LKSA is indeed added value to the township. Imagine if no linkage fr NKVE to Setia Alam, the outcome is totally different fr what we see today
