Guys, i finally know what canting owners are talking about when they say got smell kentut near canting. Upon my own research, i dont think it is coming from meru palm oil mill. There is another one. When i smell kentut in canting, i went to pentas, the smell doesnt reach there. What a relief. I will get some more info

LOL what a creative way to describe, Kentut smell. By the way, did mbsa feedback our complaint. I submited the video link so far no response yet. Must really nail the culprit. After the is land cleared behind the flat, the palm oil mill is very visible. I wonder what will happen when people move in and stay in the flat with mill next to it.

I went to Jalan Bukit Kemuning. Guess what. The whole area smell like kentut. I thought the other factory with chimney but it turned out that the factory was a Bridgestone factory but vacant already and put up for sale. There is another factory but near Tinta with a chimney but Tinta owners said no kentut smell. Mystery la this kentut smell. Luckily Pentas tak kena

I can be quite certain that the kentut smell comes from palm oil mill. This smells is similar each time you pass thru elite highway via the klia exit. Guess what, there is also a palm oil mill near there! Same kentut bro!!

Yes true bro. I am sure it is bau kentut from palm oil. I was trying to find another palm oil mill actually. The one next to Tinta looks like a palm oil mill too. Meru palm oil is actually quite far from canting. Funny thing is that when i was at the roundabout near pentas and at pentas site itself, i couldnt smell kentut. But when i drove to canting, kentut smell was obvious. Funny. Dont u think so? Maybe wind direction is always towards canting. Anyway i got some more info. I met 2 fellas who bought ukiran. Both had leaking roof and "kurap" in the masterbedroom wall. Sadly my pentas also got same kurap. Please check urs. I have a feeling all may face same situation

The kurap that u mentioned isit water mark stain and paint peeling off on the masterbedroom wall. Any idea what is the rootcause? Roof leaking or the piping leaking. By right inp shud rectify rite since this is under warranty. Anything relating to leaking very troublesome lah..
