Any discount from I&P for Nukilan 3?

What actual which bother me will be the taman rekreasi/retention pond.
I will be very upset if the pond is not ready when VP....

And...I'm going to bang their office...

How about pentas 3? After visiting few months ago, still waiting for my in laws to decide. Wonder how is the status.

I was at alam impian just now.

The road quite koyak and muddy at pentas 1. But pentas 2 road is superb as they have completed until crusher-run level.

Unfortunately, there is no sign of TNB works going to start anytime yet.

Anyone know what is the sale status for Nukilan3 vs Pentas2 vs Pentas3?

there are quite alot unit without number 4. Got one unit number 28 available.

noticed almost whole block facing North has no demand. Those facing taman mostly sapu although more expensive. Wonder why?

I think the number '28' that you see is just the unit number. The actual house address for that row if i'm not mistaken is '14x', starts with 14.

u mean the block at the bottom right of the map? that one also if i dont recall wrongly, the address is all starting with 4.

if i am the boss of i&p, i will change it to 3A or 1A for no.4. i will also change no.13 to no.11A. (mat salleh taboo)

14x how to chg?

if no.14, change 13A or 11A. got house no.14x meh in pentas?

for those who dun wan 4 or 14 for the address number....you can always change it to 2A...or 12A with MBSA....
