My 1st bank payout is on 1st Dec 2011. I&P started to pay DIBS on DEC 2012 onwards. Prior to that I still paying for Dec 2012, they just credit back to me this month.
To confirm, you can call your bank loan personnel to find out whether they have issued 2nd year DIBS to I&P.

Not sure what precint, website already got brochure for download, after toll, first roudnabout turn left ( pass by Mosque under cosntruction ), towards far right end of the master plan , below Tinta ( semi D ). can easily check from their brochure and masterplan ( pink colour at far right end )

Price per sf is more expensive than Pentas. RM 275.55.
The end lot seems to be a good buy, type C end unit. Price starts from RM713,888
Facade wise a bit similar to Pentas 1.

End Lot
RM 713,888 BU: 2471sf Land Size 2170sf

Any idea because why the end lot quite cheap. the asking starts frm RM713,888 with land area from 2170sf though the build up is slighty smaller @ 2470sf.
Comparing to intermediate, the land size is only 1750/sf which mean they charge only RM 60 per sf for the additional land.
Is my calcualtion correct ah..

how much is pentas 1,2 and 3 psf for intermediate?

Pentas 2 intermediate RM 761,888 for 3084sf. Thus price is approx RM 247/sf.

Almost 10% increase, reasonable...hehehe

nice. I am sure when completed it will be more than 10%. How about pentas 1? I cant compare mine coz not intermediate.

Ai ya..u untung lah coz manage to sapu pentas 1. I think price is abt rm 225sf only.
