I just get the card today, wondering if how the annual fee waived?
I was informed by the staff that 1st year waived and 2nd year onwards waived by calling to customer service.
is tat true?

My card has been approved after checking in the IVR. Hoping to still get the Rm100.
Applied on 12th. Now waiting for the card to be sent to my house

Also, will they mail the ATM PIN number for the credit card or we will have to request it?
EDIT: Ok found the answer, need to call and request, was told to wait 7 working days for the mail.

Hi guys, this card compare to UOB One Card which one would be better? Lol..I'm using mainly for Petrol, movie, phone bills only.
Shopping = once a month..

wow surprisingly my mach credit card has been approved. I received rejected sms from HL system last week. But today the officer said he help me appeal and resubmit with more docs, and it approved. hooray..
Guys, Am I still entitled for that rm100 instant cash back?
