Mine is a little diff. It notify on the termination and inform that I would be getting the Wise card as replacement.

My one didn’t mentioned on replacement .. does that mean that they won’t send me WISE Card as replacement?

This time the CS say as per the link shared.
Installment payment will be as usual to the old card account, per schedule, no additional charges.
Only difference is, I can no longer use the MACH after 1st September.

My take is if those who hold other HL cards beside Mach, won't be getting any replacement since you'll still be their customer. But for those like me who only hold Mach from HL, they want to retain us as HL cust thus offering WISE with the 3 years free AF to entice us to stay.

Use till it cease on Sep 1st. Then your CB for Aug should be given on 1/9 and those posted in Sep should be given 1/10. But

Lets say your statement date is 15th. So whatever you spend after Aug 15 will be reflected on Sep 15 statement and you'll have to pay by Oct 5th. So when the cashback is credited, you can offset it from your total final bill to pay.

My statement date is 15th so I can do so. But those who have earlier statement date, probably need to ask HL and see.

My statement date is 27th every month. But according to website, cash back will be credited by 31 October. But credit to where when the card already cannot be used.

Yes correct. My WISE will be charged AF next month, I asked CS if I cancelled my WISE now will I be getting new WISE as a replacement for MACH, the CS say no as I still have AA with me. But I will be cancelling my AA soon upon reaching anniversary soon..

Since they didn’t offer me replacement card, so, I can just ignore can continue to pay my IPP instalment till fully settle up.. but, anyone know if I still need to pay SST since the card is no longer useable.. my SST is expected to charge in Sep20

Maybe you can call CS to check on the SST later this month.
I had to call twice cause the 1st CS gave wrong info.
