For Example,
My statement date on 27th November. But on 28th November I swiped RM 700+ on Mobile. On 1st of Dcember, I received the cash back 3% on mobile, is it normal? I thought the 3% cash back should be reflected after this month statement which is on 1st of January?

Mach's cb is on 1st of the month, so your Nov 700+ spending will get its earned cb on 1 Dec, which is correct.

I thought it would be rebated in next statement cycle.. Nevermind, if is normal, then everything good. As long as i received the cash back Thanks..

I have one question to clarify.

If I selected Trendsetter Package ONLY (No add-on for other categories) for MACH credit card, if i make purchase on Groceries (AEON) and Online (Taobao), will I be entitled for 0.2% cash rebate for this two categories as mentioned in point 4 of https://www.machbyhongleongbank.com/product...ons/credit-card?

Yup, jz 0.2% Cash back on Non-Selected Categories.

I just realize they didn’t give me cashback for retail txn too.. last retail txn cashback I received was Jun17, after that, I’ve few txn classified as Retail Txn, but no cashback given

the minimum CB granted will be RM 1. Have you retail txn more than 500?

This is the new rule? Coz previously I didn’t meet RM500 spending on retail txn still getting cashback

Edited, I just check, it is bcoz the txn is above RM250, n they round up to RM1 instead of 50++ cents

Yes, based on my experience, if my retail txn less than 250 then no cashback. Coz it is less than RM0.50, cannot round up to RM1

ic, if non-category doesn't meet, make sure you have selected category add on to round up to to nearest ringgit

Because Mach CB do not have decimal point one.

No, the cashback is award in different category..
Eg. If u spend RM100 on Dining for trendsetter package, u get 5% of RM100, statement show: Rebate- Dining RM5
In the same month, u spend RM100 on retail txn, it won’t give u cashback for this retail txn coz it is under different cashback category, ie Rebate- Retail coz it is less than RM1, only if ur retail txn above RM250 only u will c the different cashback line of Rebate- Retail RM1

Oh, better don't use Mach card for others spending
