Since MACH centres will be closed soon, just pray hard they still retain this card.

I heard Mach still remain, only the centre will be consolidated into HLB. Hope this is true

My colleagues just went HLB branch in Labuan, they have been told MACH has been stopped and HLB does not supply Mach Credit Card anymore? Any news? Mach is going to closed down? OMG

per notice, no impact to product.

whether allow new application, i guess can. the product page and signup still there.

likely they are just consolidating the outlets instead of Mach operating alone.

Hi, I just found out I got charged the annual fees on my last month statement as I rarely used it. I wondering could I ask the bank to waive the annual fees and terminate it? Since the annual fees have due 5 days, would I be charge with the late penalty ? Hope someone could guide on this.

Wonder if they will waive for you. Its subject to bank approval maybe if you are a good payer and card holder for few years. For the inquiries, you will get an instant answer by calling HLB customer service.. 03-7626 8899

My experience with them, they are very helpful though.

just cancel the card and let them offer you waiver instead
