from my recent quarter, i can say that the cashback is based on posting date not transaction date. i rugi rm21 cashback for calculating based on transaction date.

Just received my card. I remember the SA told me something about the welcome bonus for new applicant, like swipe the card within how many days for how many time. Anyone has the full context?

Welcome bonus is first come first serve. Should be RM50

the welcome bonus is only for those who are new to hlb cc. if you already own a hlb cc prior to hlb mach, you won't be entitled already.

My lesson learnt is those eateries which contain the word "Bar" in their name are usually not under 'Dining'. Too bad I only realised that Ante also has it in its full restaurant name after I paid with Mach card. 

However, surprised to find that Uniqlo online is entitled for cashback! Good for those who have maximised cashback of their credit card for online category.

which package you took? savvy? it only covers watson and guardian.

Wonder why all Hong loeng CS is engaged, 8 minutes call no one answer, is this normal for hong leong bank?
I have maybank, ocbc and aeon before and never have such issue when calling CS.

Anyway, will try to call again tmr. Btw, after searching this thread, SMS transaction alert change need to submit form physically to HLB branch ? We cannot do it online or fax or just call in?

it test here and test there.. im more willing to use scb cash back where no complicated merchant categories included .. and rhb too.. u spend more than >2500 then all cb is urs..

if merchant here and there.. better sleep in my drawer . who knows someday will come out with attractive promo

If i change now via hong leong connect. It will take effective 1st Apr, the rm5 also charged during that day, but now when i request to change, right?

I wonder if i can change again (2nd time to overwrite 1st change) via hong leong connect before 1st apr ? Or we are allow to request 1x change within the quarter?
