Just to share, I left my contact and e-mail on the MACH website, someone did call me from the MACH branch and promised to send me the application form but it has been a few days - nothing.

Even my regular HLB CS staff which I always contact also cannot give me satisfactory explanation or application form for the MACH credit card. 
The terms and conditions, examples and faqs on the MACH website is incomplete.

If there are any HLB senior management reading this, please don't launch a product if you do not have the capabilities to support pre and post sales. It will work against you plus generating negative feedbacks and your competitor will be all too happy to take them away 

Not yet la, also not so clear what for go and apply now.

just wanna ask..i started working since feb 2012..started with rm1.7k/month but just got my increment to rm2k/month since June 2012. i understand that in order to get this mach card for 1 hour approval..someone need to have at least 6 months EPF contribution. Am i eligible to get that card in 1 hour if i only started my rm2k/month salary since june 2012?before that my salary only rm1700/month. Anyone pls help me..TQ

got the card, realize it was wrong package, the bank did not want to change, can only add package but must also pay extra $$, at that point, no heart already to use, so i called again and said i want to cancel my card, and they told me i have to pay gov tax and late charges. I was like WTF !! the card is not even activated yet. Horrible !! today they call again and said will waive the late charges, but have to pay the gov tax MYR50. so she told me, might as well just use the card till next year because im already paying 50 gov tax. will cancel before one year. or do you guys think i  should just cancel it now?

my first statement didnt arrive home, luckily there is online e-statement.. but ive chosen Trendsetter category, ive spend on Dining and Clothing, but there not even 1 cent of rebate in the stament.. isit only rebate by Quarterly basis?

try apply this card at pavilion yesterday but rejected. i dont have any outstanding bill...have to card wise and gold ...but plan to terminate the gold card and change to mach card.can i try reapply again maybe nex week...

I just noticed my card's expiry date is shown as 03/22 in Hong Leong Connect when my physical card that I'm holding is 03/20. Looks like they have sent out a new card for me? I didn't receive anything from HLB though.

So frustrated calling HLB CS, keeps asking me to insert my telephone banking PIN which I have inserted and I only retain one set of no. for all my banks' telephone banking and keeps telling me wrong.

Fine, I inserted second time and still wrong. Can't it straight help to forward to CS?

Mine was sent out last week and until today still not sure where has it gone to... According to HLB, they said they sent using snail mail, correct? I doubt they will use Poslaju like what UOB did to me and sent it to my office address. I hope it's snail mail because it was sent to my hometown address.

My UOB is probably because I'm in their Customers from Hell list.

I think none of the banks will inform though I also hope for it...

Would need sifu advise, does the Cash Back gave rebate to the pharmacy purchase (assuming got take the Health & Fitness category) based on the MCC or based on specific store only such as Watson and Guardian? Does new start-up pharmacy such as Health Lane qualify for the cash rebate under the pharmacy? Appreciate your kind advise, Many Thanks.  smile.gif

I have one question to clarify.

If I selected Trendsetter Package ONLY (No add-on for other categories) for MACH credit card, if i make purchase on Groceries (AEON) and Online (Taobao), will I be entitled for 0.2% cash rebate for this two categories as mentioned in point 4 of https://www.machbyhongleongbank.com/product...ons/credit-card?
