why are ppl only interested in the degree of cam overlap? that's not the only thing that gives power. more lift helps too. we can quote any degrees, but will not tell u the lift, otherwise everybody will be able to duplicate our cams. btw, for your 1.6, we have a base of 272 degrees.

my first service I used Eneos Semi-Syn, but now I feel like changing to a different brand...got any to recommend? tongue.gif

using shell Semi-synthetic....
so far only tried 3 oil.
first mineral shell, then caltex semi and shell semi...
gonna try Q8 oil soon around 2 or 3 months time....
shell semi not bad.... i found it better than caltex semi

As for me so far only 2 types, Castrol mineral then shift straight to FUCH Super Synthetic with flush because my friend selling off his remaining stocks at cheap prices. I sapued the last 4 bottles XD
