my car is vibrating when the gear is engage to D n stop... when air cond kicks in... the rpm can stay as low as 300rpm-250rpm.. u guys know which shop can fix this problem beside AutoChild??

did u clean ur TB?

cleaned.. but i didnt take out the throttle body to clean it.. its ok for 1st day.. but next day its still the same..

how old ur car d?? tat rpm rate is too low d for auto. even the manual won tat low. mayb the rpm too low den not enuff throttle caused the it vibrate.

u din take out den the dirty stuff all mah suck to inside d lo....

today went to proton authorized SC..

1st - ECU tuning + throttle body cleaning(juz spray n wipe, didnt take out TB) = RM50

2nd - use PDT2000, detect 2 sensors faulty (speed sensor & ISC sensor) = RM80 x 2 = RM160

Result - rpm still low n vibrate.. he said is throttle body kong, n he show downpart is melted, which he claimed has the circuit, he adviced to buy a new TB or buy half cut TB from chopshop.

3rd - buy new throttle body(RM660) n go back to the mechanic to fix it.. labour charge = RM35, TB gasket = RM15

Result - rpm juz slightly higher to 300rpm-500rpm when engage to D.. knnccb...

he said its like tht one..

Total money tht spend = RM920

if its injection, adjust the TB valve with a philips screwdriver

bro, u should ask for some mech opinion on the problem. confirm the problem from tb only change it.

i got a wira 1.5GL 1994 model (4g15P), wat modification can do on this car... ? some tunning on engine?

i wish to change the suspension..
. with low budget wat can i do to ultilize the car? to make it better to drive?

mean u wanna mod for performance la.... the low budget suspension is change it to lowered spring and absorber lo...

first thing u should do before trying to modify anything is to see if your car is up to it. i've seen some customers who's cars are smoking, but still want to fit race cams............don't understand the concept.......... best to check the condition of the car first. next, make sure your brakes & tyres are up to scratch. then we can talk about mod jobs

Try not to modify your wira to the racing spec. Because you will found it difficulties while you are fetching your girl friend. With the adjusable GAB absorber, they say your car is very louzy and keep on jumping in the car.
