Do you know in Japanese, you can simply drop the noun...
i.e. "boku wa kaeritai" becomes "kaeritai" (I want to go home).

By default - every sentence you say in Japanese is about yourself. Unless you are referring to a third party or the other party, noun is a kind of burden to say/to write.

you are right.. normally the '' I " can be omited but depend on sentence

You translate it directly eh? ok, sounds right to me ;P


Actually, I don't understand how can a 日 be 終らない, though they are technically correct. I thought it should better expressed as すぎていく？

Once again, I think you used direct translation. Sounds better if use きぼうにあふれる　or きぼうがおいてある…。

btw daisuki isnt it is mean ''like/love it''
'' nani nani ga daisuki ''
'' nani nani ga daisuki da yo/desu yo''
''kimi no koto ga daisuki= i like/love you''

''aishiteru = i love you''

i miss you...errr...donno never read that word in my text book before

daisuki also means i love you if u tell that to someone (pointed to that person)
its like the english, i like you....
literaly means "i really like you"

another way to describe that you are missing someone is
会いたい (aitai - want to meet you)

just remember English != Japanese. There are many phrases that cannot be directly translated to Japanese.

Do you guys actually took classes or by self-learning?

sabishii = sad, lonely

but many japanese like to alter the b with m, =samishii
(heard a lot in songs)
dunno why
maybe sounds moar cool

i only know hiragana n katakana, dont know the kanji for sabishii, kimi.(leave that to the pros )

btw im self learning, most of my resources r from the internet like this forum and of course anime, dorama, songs.... n i also learn a lot here.... from the sempai (dopod, sai, oneeleven(long time no see him ) )
