Are you serious? This is how I know you don't speak Japanese. Do you never use "って" to quote about something?

Your nuance of come across as a bit ambiguous because "で" instead of a direct quotation of "って" suggests a manner or condition rather than a direct quotation.

Are you sure you N1 なの???????

Please don't tag me anymore.
I believe you shame yourself enough, and I have proven my point.

Your sudden accusation of me not able to speak Japanese was out of the blue. Not sure what you trying to prove.

I don't need your validation, my N1, my clients satisfaction from my support tells me what I need to know. I have room for improvement, but that's just my conviction.

Please don't tag me. Lala port there got bon odori today, goshow off your weeb Japanese to real Japanese there you really need someone to stroke your ego.

As I expected you just use some translator somewhere.

In Cantonese we call 识小小,扮代表.

Good luck with your own little attitude. I'm pretty sure you are finding some chances to prove to yourself.

A N1 holder can't even beat you in Japanese.

Rmb all n1 holder are fluke, they can't speak Japanese, they all if can't speak like you means they suck. They proven themselves weaker than you.

Go on just be happy with your little achievement.

Please don't tag and necro me anymore.

Why is everything about anime with you? Have you not talked to Japanese people casually before? Or are you only stuck with using keigo because of you only use Japanese at work?
*
What makes you think that?
In fact let me ask you from the beginning?

What makes you think a person with N1 couldn't speak a lick of Japanese?
What makes you think working with Japanese = always using keigo.
What makes you think someone who can speak keigo can't not speak casually?

Like what makes u think that's the norm of any Japanese speaker?

You are constantly validating that to suit your narrative.

This thread has derailed, and I have noticed I shouldnt use this like /k.
I certainly do not know why you necro my commend since years ago, if you need those attention because the real world dosent give you(I guess mostly you are are unbearable person who thinks you are the greatest)

Then yes, you ARE the best Japanese speaker!
Everyone should step aside and listen you speak like weeboo.
You speak Japanese so well, casually, keigo, and weeb, the next step for your is probably get some DNA alterations to become Japanese.

N1 holders are trash in your eyes, they should be scrutinized, they are nothing.

Others are fine. Only you is the problem.

Because unlike other N1s and native Japanese people, I never had any issues when speaking Japanese to them, but when it come to people like you for some reason you refuse to speak it. Nobody I spoke Japanese with someone refrained themselves so much to this extent, and one of the easier explanation is more probable, and the reason is simple. YOU HAVE NO CONFIDENCE in speaking Japanese, so even though you can speak, you never really tried for real. If you really spoke to your Japanese colleague as natural as things can be, then none of this would be difficult for you.

Nah, others who I have spoken with before who has taken their N1 long time ago don't have problems, only you is the problem. The worse is how whenever people like me, and plenty of Gen Z who spoke casually, you immediately think we are "weebs". That's when I know you never even stepped into Japan nor made a single Japanese friend in your life, or at least one whom you can drop you guard and speak casually and plainly.

And you know what's worse? You can't even understand a simple sentence such as 喋れないなら喋れないって言え and you thought to correct the 「喋れないって言えよ」as 「喋れないで言え」, which makes no sense. I had to check it gain with a native, and this is what they had to say:

QUOTE
The corrected version is wrong. I think they're trying to say "if you can't speak, don't speak and say it instead."

喋れないなら喋らないで言え (it's a very direct way of saying it)

The original is 喋れないなら喋れないって言え "If you can't speak, just say you can't speak"

So literally misread what the original sentence meant?

It's definitely a possibility!

So not only you have decided to lord over me with your "N1 AUTHORITAH", you did so by literally NOT KNOWING how to read a simple sentence.

So the conclusion is clear, and I am scared for your Japanese employers and colleagues who had to suffer your so-called "N1-Japanese".

Moral of the story: Next time, when you see someone speaking in Japanese, don't immediately think they are weebs. If you can respond in Japanese, then do so, if not, then STFU. And now you have exposed yourself as an N1-faker.

Is there a Discord server created by Malaysians or any online session to practice speaking Japanese? I’ve joined a few EN-JP servers, but unfortunately, some seem to have members who aren't focused on language learning and instead engage in unrelated or inappropriate conversations.

I really need to pracitse 日本語会話. Any Lowyatians wanna speak in Japanese? ぼろぼろ日本語だったら、大丈夫だと思うww
