Of course still have, you may visit the sales gallery to check on the limited unit and price. What do you mean diff bank , diff charge? They do have own panel bank for each block selling. You can directly purchase from developer SA.

Apparently they will not be allocating any more new car parks for current tenants. Those with additional cars need to park outside WOTP in the future.
Glad to know that tenants are not allowed to hang their clothes around the balcony as well like those in a low cost apartments.

You just have to live with it. You're asking a bank to extend a substantial amount of loan to you which in this case 90%. As a bank it is their primary objective to know if their potential customers has the ability to repay the loan or not. Is fair and square.

Imagine if there's an agent that is trying to convince you to put the same amount of money into an endowment plan. I assure you that you'll inquire as much as possible about the viability of it. If you're really interested in getting a property and have the capability to do so, I don't see any reason to say is troublesome.

Jusco was always under Aeon....now C4 is Aeon BIG.
